Due to high volumes there may be a delay in receiving your code. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the code to be sent. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder! We recommend waiting the full 30 minutes before hitting resend code to mitigate receiving an expired code. What is changing with the Ocean Rewards login? We’re adding an extra layer of security to keep your account safe. You will now log into Ocean Rewards through a valid email address, providing enhanced security and protection for our valued Ocean Rewards Members. Is the Ocean Rewards Portal or Ocean Mobile App changing? The Ocean Rewards Portal and Ocean Mobile App will now have enhanced security, with a new two-factor authentication feature. Ocean Rewards Members will now use a valid email address to login to the Ocean Rewards Portal and Ocean Mobile App. Is my Account Number or PIN changing? No, your Account Number will remain the same. You will need your existing Account Number to set up your new Ocean Rewards Online Login. You will continue to use your PIN to activate offers while on property. What if I don’t know my Ocean Rewards Account Number? You can find your Ocean Rewards Account Number on your Ocean Rewards Card, on the top left of you name and address on any mailers that we have sent to you, or you can check on the top of an email that was sent to you from us. If you don’t have any of those options available you will need to visit the Ocean Rewards Desk. What if I share my email address with someone else who also has an account with Ocean? You will need your own unique email address for a unique login account. You may not use the same email address for two different logins. However, you can still share an email to receive marketing communications from Ocean. I can’t access my account. What should I do? We want this to be smooth and simple for you to log into your Ocean Rewards Account. To troubleshoot any login or account issues, please visit the Ocean Rewards Desk for assistance. I can’t login. What should I do? If this is your first time logging in, please enter your email address and password and follow the on screen instructions. Incorrect Email or Password: Double check that you are entering the correct username and password. Use the “show password” option to ensure accuracy. Forgot Your Password? Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password. You’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new one. Why do I have to get a code to my email every time I log in? An email is sent for verification every time you log in from a new device. If you plan on using that device to log on regularly, be sure to check the box next to "Remember this device for 30 days". You then won't have to wait for a verification email for the next 30 days that you log on from that device. I forgot my password. How do I change it? On the Ocean Rewards login screen, enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue, then choose Forgot password? at the next screen. Confirm your email address and click Continue to submit. You will receive an email that provides further instructions on resetting your password. Please check spam if it is not in your inbox. If your request was successfully received, you'll see "Please check the email address [your email] for instructions to reset your password." For security reasons, the reset link expires after a short time. If it has expired, please request a new one. I see an “Unauthorized” or “Access Denied” error. What does it mean? Possible Causes and Solutions: Account Deactivated or Not Verified: If your account isn’t verified or has been deactivated, contact support for assistance. Insufficient Permissions: If you’re trying to access a restricted part of the site. Contact support if you believe this is an error. My account is locked. How can I unlock it? Accounts may lock temporarily after too many failed login attempts. This is a security feature to protect against unauthorized access. If you received an unlock email, you can use the link in it to unlock yourself. If you're still locked out, reset your password using the “Forgot Password” Link. Your user will be unlocked after 30 days if none of the above happened. How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? Follow these steps to verify your email address ownership and set up MFA: During Registration you will be prompted to enter your email address. You will receive a one time code sent to your email address. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. You will enter the received one time code to complete the email address verification and MFA setup. Can I disable MFA if I don’t want to use it? To keep your Ocean Rewards Online Account secure, disabling MFA is not allowed. If you’re having issues with MFA, contact support to troubleshoot the problem. How do I change the email address used for my account or MFA? If you need to update your email address AND you have access to the email address that is associated with your account, please call 609-783-8000 for assistance. Should you no longer have access to the email address that is associated with your account you will need to visit the Ocean Rewards Desk and provide valid identification. I’m stuck on a blank page or infinite loading screen during login. What can I do? Possible Causes and Fixes: Clear Cache and Cookies: Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and reload the login page. Browser Compatibility: Ensure you’re using a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and that it is up to date. View a complete list of supported browsers here.
