Ocean Casino Resort Gift Cards

All Ocean Gift Cards purchased prior to August 15, 2022 (Legacy Card) are able to be redeemed on property through the end of the year. Beginning January 10, you may convert your Legacy Card to a new Ocean E-Gift Card (digital). Present your Legacy Card at the Front Desk on property to convert it to a digital Ocean E-Gift Card beginning January 10.

To check the balance of an Ocean Gift Card purchased prior to August 15, 2022 (Legacy Card), you must visit the Front Desk on property with your physical card. To check the balance of an E-Gift Card, either visit BHN Gift Card Support online, or click here to call.

As of March 15, 2023, Ocean Casino Resort Gift Cards may be converted to Free Play at the Ocean Rewards Desk. Free play must be converted to a whole number. Ocean will accept the full or a partial Gift Card Balance at a 1:1 ratio. $500 maximum on all Gift Card to Free Play conversions per day. Must be 21+ with a valid government issued photo identification and Ocean Rewards card to qualify. Free Play will not expire. Must not be part of any exclusionary lists and account must be in good standing without any restrictions. 

Gift Cards are available in all amounts up to a maximum of $2,000.

Ocean Gift Cards can be used for the following:

• Any dining outlet
• Any retail outlet
• HQ² Nightclub or Beachclub - Gift Cards cannot be applied for online ticket purchases. Gift Cards may only be used when purchasing tickets in-person at the door. Gift Cards may also be used towards Food & Beverage purchases.
• Exhale Spa + Bathhouse Treatments
• The Cabanas at Ocean - Gift Cards can be used for reserving a Cabana or Daybed, and may also be used towards Food & Beverage purchases.
• Ovation Hall Entertainment - Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on Ticketmaster. Gift Cards may only be used in-person when purchasing at The Box Office. Gift Cards may also be used towards Food & Beverage purchases.
• Hotel Stays - Gift Card must be presented at time of check-in in order to redeem. Gift Cards are not able to be used for the reservation deposit at time of booking. 

Our E-Gift Cards are very easy to use! They work like a credit card; simply present the card at the time of purchase to redeem. You may either print a copy of your E-Gift Card, or present your E-Gift Card on your cell phone.

Yes, you may purchase a physical Gift Card to be mailed to yourself or a friend here. For physical gift card orders, please allow for extra delivery time due to COVID-related impacts on all shipping carriers. Physical gift cards are also able to be purchased on property at the Front Desk. Please note: limited quantities available.

Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services only and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Ocean Gift Cards do not expire. Gift Cards cannot be used on the casino floor or redeemed for cash.
