To report a lost item(s), please fill out our Lost & Found form here. Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and follow-up (either via email or at the phone number provided).

IF YOUR ITEM IS LOCATED, YOU MAY:

PICK-UP AT OCEAN:

If you wish to pick up your item(s), you may do so by visiting our Security Podium (located on the casino floor level; available 24/7).

*Items must be retrieved within 30 days of being located. If not retrieved within the 30-day time frame, your item will be donated to local charities.

SHIP TO YOU:

If you wish to have your item(s) shipped, shipping charges will apply. Our Lost & Found team will be happy to arrange this for you.

If you have already filled out a Lost & Found form and have not heard back from us within the indicated turnaround time, you may contact Lost & Found directly (available Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm) at 609-783-8651 for assistance.

Please note: While our Lost & Found team will do their best to locate your lost item(s); it is the responsibility of our guests to ensure all belongings are accounted for prior to departing the property. Ocean Casino Resort is not responsible for items left behind on the property or in guestrooms.
