To purchase tickets for a show or event, visit www.ticketmaster.com, use the Ticketmaster mobile app, or visit the Box Office at Ocean Casino Resort.
Comp Dollars may be used for Ovation Hall Entertainment ticket purchases.
Complimentary Tickets
In order to receive complimentary tickets for a show or event, you must receive a complimentary ticket offer and RSVP. Reserved tickets can be picked up at the Ocean Casino Resort Box Office on the day of the show and are guaranteed up until 90-minutes prior to show-time.
Reserved complimentary tickets are guaranteed up until 90 minutes prior to showtime. Tickets can be picked up at the Ocean Casino Box Office. The Box Office is open 6 hours prior to the show.
Children Tickets
Everyone requires a ticket to enter. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the Ocean Casino Resort Box Office located on the casino floor. You must present a valid government issued photo ID with the credit card used for the ticket purchase.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party to deliver tickets.
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and present their identification to have their ticket reprinted.

To call the Ocean Box office, please call 609-783-8000. Tickets can only be purchased in person at the Ocean Box Office, or via ticketmaster.com. MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express and other major cards are accepted.
Doors open 60 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change.
Accessible seating tickets are available from every purchase point, ticketmaster.com and at the Ocean Casino Resort Box Office.
Guests With Disabilities
Ocean Casino Resort strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.
- Ticketing: ADA tickets can be purchased online via Ticketmaster.com. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.ADA seating available and issued on a first-come, first-served basis for each performance.
- Accommodations: All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
- Service Animals: permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
All guests must have a ticket regardless of age. Some performances may not be suitable for young children and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Ovation Hall offers a wide variety of beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any outside food or alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase. Must be 21 or older. Please drink responsibly.
Venue security is located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

- Chairs of any kind
- Backpacks and oversized bags – other bags are subject to a search
- Illegal substances or paraphernalia
- Bottles, cans, coolers and liquid containers
- Food and beverages (including alcohol) Available for purchase inside the venue

- Weapons of any kind – Ocean Management reserves the right to define
- Non-professional or professional cameras with detachable, long or extending lenses

- Pets (non-service animals)
- Recording devices of any kind: audio or video
- Any other items deemed unacceptable by Ocean Casino Resort / Venue / Security Management

Guests may be ejected for reasons including, but not limited to the following:
- Public Intoxication
- Use of illegal substances or drugs
- Disruptive behavior
- Use of profane, obscene or abusive language of any type
- Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside of the venue
- Unacceptable or indecent dress
- Indecent exposure
- Throwing of any objects onto the event floor or stage area, or in general areas
- Crowd surfing or moshing
- Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other costumers or venue employees
- Participating in a fight
- Entering or attempting to enter any "Restricted" areas such as VIP areas, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex
- Going to the bathroom in areas other than the restroom
- Any action that, in the opinion of Ocean Casino Resort / venue / Security Management, places other costumers in danger or reduces their enjoyment of the event
Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.

Yes, Ocean Casino Resort has a nightclub and dayclub scene, featuring a rotation of the best global DJs and celebrities at HQ2 Nightclub and Beachclub. For dancing and live music, guests can also enjoy Nola's Bar & Lounge.
Casino
Casino credit is a way to secure funds from your checking account for your pleasure at our table games and slot machines. There are no fees or service charges of any kind to use your Ocean Rewards credit line. Minimum credit line starts at $500. Learn more about Casino Credit here.
If you play slot machines, you would proceed to the casino cage, present your ID and ask for a marker. You can sign a marker for any amount up to your available credit limit. The cashier will then issue you cash or a slot voucher to play with. If you play table games, you would proceed to the game of your choice (excluding poker room) and ask a dealer for a marker. The table games supervisor will issue your chips to play with.
Markers that have been issued to you during your stay are considered to be counter checks and have deposit dates based on their face value.
- Markers up to $1,000 will be deposited to your checking account in 7 calendar days
- $1,001 up to and including $5,000 will be deposited in 14 calendar days
- $5,001 and above will be deposited in 45 calendar days
Smaller markers may be consolidated at the end of your trip in person at the casino cage for additional time. The consolidated marker’s deposit date will be based on the final amount, beginning with the issue date of the oldest marker.

As team members of Ocean Casino Resort, we feel that kindness is the source of our pride and in sharing this awareness everyone will succeed. Philanthropy efforts include supporting charitable organizations such as Atlantic City Rescue Mission, The South Jersey Field of Dreams, Covenant House New Jersey, and The Salvation Army. Ocean Cares is also making a difference with donation boxes called “Change for Change”, installed throughout the casino floor. This is Ocean’s initiative to collect donations from players who would like their small change ticket slips to go to charity.

When you play, you’ll earn Tier Points that will help you move to a higher card tier. The more you play, the higher your status, and the better your rewards. It’s that simple! When you earn to advance to a higher tier, you’ll become eligible for those benefits through the end of the benefit period.

Yes. Ocean Casino Resort will offer free play for guests who qualify and are members of our Ocean Rewards program. Free slot play will be earned based on play.
Earn Same Day Free Play at any slot machine as you play. Check your balances on the player screen or online on the Ocean Rewards player portal. A minimum of $5 is required to be eligible to download. All Same Day Free Play will expire 90 days from the date earned for all Ocean Rewards Cardholders.

Ocean Casino Resort has nearly 2,000 slot machines and 130 table-games.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas on the casino floor, and on the City Side Parking Garage 6th floor, The Park, Sky Walk and Boardwalk.
Comp dollars will be accepted at a 1:1 ratio for dining, on-property shopping, spa or hotel stays.
Comp Dollars may be also used for Ovation Hall Entertainment ticket purchases.
Yes. Your Tier level will reset once a year. Your tier information, along with the number or points needed to reach the next Ocean Rewards tier, are always available in your Ocean Rewards account which you can view at any slot machine. You can also view tier and tier credits on Ocean Casino Resort’s online portal.
Signature cards do not expire.
Comp Dollar expiration will vary based on your Ocean Rewards tier.
Signature Cardholders: All Comp Dollars will expire 90 days from the date earned.
Preferred Cardholders: All Comp Dollars will expire 180 days from the date earned.
NEW! Prime Members: All Comp Dollars will expire 365 days from the date earned.
Reserve Members: Comp Dollars do not expire.
The maximum Comp Dollar balance is $5,000 for Prime, Preferred and Signature and $10,000 for Reserve.

Pools & Cabanas
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their time at the pool. The Cabanas at Ocean and the HQ2 Beachclub are 21+ areas. Boardwalk Pool, open seasonally on the weekdays, is 21 +. Please visit Pools & Cabanas for more details and hours of operation.
To access the pool, you will need to present your guest room key and registration wristband to prove hotel room validity. Wristbands are issued at the registration desk.
Yes, Ocean Casino Resort has one swim in/swim out pool, Eclipse Indoor / Outdoor Pool, and two outdoor pools - The Cabanas at Ocean and Boardwalk Pool (also used for HQ2 Beachclub).
Hotel & Concierge
Ocean Casino Resort has four charging stations for Teslas. Guests who are interested in using the chargers should go to the Porte Cochere and a Valet Team Member will be able to assist. The current Self-Park Rates will be charged for the use of the charging stations.

CHECK-IN:
1. On your arrival date, click on the link emailed to you and follow the instructions to complete your online check-in.
2. If a room is not yet available when completing your check-in, we will send a follow up email alerting you that your room is now ready.
3. When your room is ready, proceed to the Mobile Check-In/Key Pick Up line with a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up your room keys.
CHECKOUT:
1. Starting at 9am on your departure date, follow the link in your email to complete your check out process.

Check-in begins at 4pm Monday-Saturday and 5pm on Sunday and holidays. Checkout is required at 11am.
Early check-in is available via mobile check-in or by requesting through our Reservations Call Center at 609-783-8000. For an additional $35.00 fee, you will receive priority check-in by 12PM. Late checkout can currently be inquired upon the day of checkout. Please note, both early check-in and late checkout are based on hotel availability and are not guaranteed.

A valid government picture ID and a credit card are required at the time of check-in.
All major credit cards are accepted. Guests may also pay for their room in cash. A guest must provide a valid debit/credit card for the Security Deposit.
Yes, the initial authorization at the time of check in is $100 for incidentals, plus room and tax fees. If there are no incidental charges during your stay, the $100 pre-authorization will be credited back to your card.

Ocean Casino Resort is a non-pet friendly resort. Ocean Casino Resort complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Any guest found with a non-approved ADA service animal will be subject to a fee of $250 per day. Under the current ADA regulations, comfort and emotional support animals are not considered approved ADA service animals.

Resort Fee: Our resort fee is $34.46 per night. The resort fee encompasses high-speed Wi-Fi Internet and access to the pool and the fitness center. All reservations are subject to this resort fee.
State Occupancy Fee: The State of New Jersey imposes a daily fee of $3.00 on every occupied casino hotel room in Atlantic City. All reservations are subject to this occupancy fee.
Tourism Promotion Fee: The State of New Jersey imposes a daily fee of $2.00, plus applicable tax, on every casino hotel room in Atlantic City. All reservations are subject to this tourism fee.

Hotel reservations are held until 9PM. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation if you cannot keep your reservation.
Ocean Casino Resort offers scooter and wheelchair rentals. Mobility scooters are available to rent for $40 plus tax daily. Manual wheelchairs are free of charge for the entire trip when a state issued disability card is presented. Scooters must be rented in advance by calling Concierge (609-783-8777) and can be picked up at the Concierge Desk upon arrival.

Smoking is permitted at City Side Parking Garage 6th floor, The Park, Sky Walk and Boardwalk only. Smoking is prohibited on all designated non-smoking floors. This property uses advanced smoking detection sensors that monitor for and specifically detect tobacco smoke and marijuana smoke in hotel rooms.

Yes, you may request connecting hotel rooms. Connecting hotel rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.
Ocean Casino Resort has over 20 dining outlets throughout our property to accommodate all of your dining needs. For this reason, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property. Only 12” x 12” coolers used for medicinal purposes will be allowed up to the hotel rooms. You will be permitted to bring one (1), six (6) pack of beer or one (1) bottle of wine/champagne per hotel room.
Helium tanks are not allowed on property.
Rollaway beds are available for $25 per night for guests staying in rooms with a king bed or premium suites.
The Ocean Casino Resort Parking Garage offers universal electric charging stations for $2 per hour. For Self Park, the 10 designated stations are located on the 4th floor by the City side entrance. These stations are on a first come, first serve basis.
No pistols or firearms are allowed within the premise of Ocean Casino Resort.
Ocean Casino Resort offers luggage pick up and drop off on the 11th floor, City Side. There are 10 designated black & white parking spots.
Yes, Ocean Casino Resort accepts all packages dropped off or delivered at the Front Desk, whether for hotel guests or non-hotel guests.
For Small / Medium sized packages, there is a $7 fee. For Large Packages, there is a $15 fee.
Electric bikes, electric scooters, hoverboards, and other lithium‑ion battery–powered recreational devices are not permitted inside hotel towers, guest rooms, hallways, elevators, or any interior hotel areas due to fire‑safety requirements and applicable fire‑code regulations.
Mobility devices used exclusively for medical purposes are exempt from this policy.
The charging of any non‑approved lithium‑ion devices inside guest rooms or public areas is strictly prohibited.
Player Portal
Ocean Rewards cardholders can log in to their online account on the Player Portal. As of July 9, 2025, an email address and password are required to log in. If you have not yet registered an account, please create an account here.
To maintain the highest levels of account safety, all PIN numbers must be changed on the property at an Ocean Rewards Card Center.
You will be able to see your comp balance, card expiration date, Same Day Free Play balance, promotions, hotel offers and entertainment offers. You will also be able to view your tier level and number of tier credits.
You can now book your stay through our Player Portal where you will be able to view your offers. You can also call to book a room and reserve an offer if prompted to do so in the description of the offer.
