Atlantic City Conference Rooms & Event Venues

I just wanted to reach out and thank each of you for your contribution to our Awards Baquet this past Friday night. The night went off without a hitch and was exactly as I envisioned it 4 months ago when we started planning. You guys are a great team, you have very good people working with you, and the execution of the plan by everyone involved was impeccable!

I want to sincerely thank you and all of the staff at Ocean.  Literally everyone in our group had nothing but great things to say about the cleanliness of the hotel, the excellent food, but more importantly the friendliness of every staff member we came in contact with.  We will definitely be using your hotel again in the future.

Thank you very much for helping us to have a successful and flawless event. The flexibility and professionalism of everyone working with us was very much appreciated. All of our guests were impressed with the hotel, meeting rooms, Topgolf and restaurant. This was our first in-person event in a few years, and everyone was very comfortable and happy with every aspect.

Ralph~ Thank you again for executing a fantastic meeting. You picked up our calls- immediately, were pro-active on all fronts, answered questions completely and treated us like GOLD. We so appreciate all your efforts around the WORLD meeting.

WOW!!!!  I don’t even have the words to express how thankful I am to both of you for making our first ever Consulting Conference a huge success.  As you both know, this has been a very long time coming due to cancelations with the pandemic.  Both of you stood by us for almost 3 years.  You worked tirelessly to make sure that you were meeting our expectations and request.  Keith, you involved all the right people at Ocean to make sure they understood how important this was.  Both of you are friends for life, honestly you both felt like my protectors!  You are both professional, thoughtful, kind, smart and I hope you both know how much this meant to all of us.  You had to deal with many personalities, many request, many changes…..you did it……I truly believe we would have never received this from a different location.  Your staff was also amazing, every single one – Jenna, Cathy, Jose, Maureen, Kate, John, this list goes on and on.  The food was delicious and I really appreciated the chef coming out to check on things.  

I’m writing this letter to express how pleased we were with the Ocean Casino Resort. The Resort was everything that the website stated and more. The view from all the rooms were breathtaking, the staff from the time we checked in until we checked out were pleasant, polite, and friendly. Our stay was so enjoyable that we would like to hold our annual conferences at the Resort and maybe some other small events that we will be holding in the future. 

As I’m reflecting on some of our company’s accomplishments this year, the biggest by far was our 20th Anniversary event at The Ocean. I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that this event wouldn’t have been possible without the help of your team especially Ralph Arzayus. My colleague Dave Sanborn and I wanted The Ocean to be our venue from the beginning! We saw such potential and beauty in your property and knew it would be an amazing experience for our crew. Ralph helped us every step of the way and allowed our vision to become a reality. Every curve ball we threw at him he had a solution for and dealt with our team with such elegance and professionalism.  So as the year comes to an end, just wanted to say a Huge Thank You to Ralph and team.  We look forward to continuing our relationship with you all. Cheers to an amazing 2023!
