Prime Tier Match Members Only New and inactive members who sign up for an Ocean Rewards card can present their qualifying competitor card and valid photo ID upon enrollment into Ocean Rewards to receive an upgrade to Prime! Guests must have a minimum of 2 years of inactivity to qualify for a Tier Match. Previous Tier Matches count as activity. Tier Points are earned during a one-year period, July 1 - June 30. On July 1 of each year, Tier Points will reset to zero and begin accumulating for the new tier year. Earned tier levels are valid for the remainder of the current earnings period and for the benefits period. New tier cards are available for pickup at the Ocean Rewards desk.
