What is Casino Credit?
Casino credit is a way to secure funds from your checking account for your pleasure at our table games and slot machines. There are no fees or service charges of any kind to use your Ocean Premier credit line. Minimum credit line starts at $500.
How to use Casino Credit
If you play slot machines, you would proceed to the casino cage, present your ID and ask for a marker. You can sign a marker for any amount up to your available credit limit. The cashier will then issue you cash or a slot voucher to play with. If you play table games, you would proceed to the game of your choice (excluding poker room) and ask a dealer for a marker. The table games supervisor will issue you chips to play with.
When do you have to pay back the balance of your Casino Credit line?
Markers that have been issued to you during your stay are considered to be counter checks and have deposit dates based on their face value.
• Markers up to $1,000 will be deposited to your checking account in 7 calendar days
• $1,001 up to and including $5,000 will be deposited in 14 calendar days
• $5,001 and above will be deposited in 45 calendar days
Smaller markers may be consolidated at the end of your trip in person at the casino cage for additional time. The consolidated marker’s deposit date will be based on the final amount, beginning with the issue date of the oldest marker.
How do I request a sponsorship or donation?

How would I receive comp tickets for shows?

Yes, accessible seating tickets are available from every purchase point, online and at the Ovation Hall Box Office.
Do children require tickets to enter Ovation Hall events?
Yes, everyone requires a ticket to enter. Ovation Hall events are All Ages unless otherwise noted.
What is the name of our card program?
Our rewards program is called Ocean Premier. There will be an entry level card along with three higher tiers: Blue (entry level), Gold, Platinum and Black. Each tier offers their own unique set of rewards and comps.
Will Ocean Casino Resort match tier levels from other properties?

Will free slot play be available? If so, in what increments?
Yes. Ocean Casino Resort will offer free slot play for guests who qualify and are members of our Ocean Premier rewards program. Free slot play will be downloadable in $5 increments and earned based on play.

How many nights a week are comped rooms available?
Comped rooms will be available 7 nights a week. Rates and comped offers will vary based on play.
How many table games and slot machines will Ocean Casino Resort have?
Ocean Resort Casino will have 1,945 slot machines, 100 tables and 8 poker tables.
Will I continue to have the same card status I had as a Revel player?
Yes. Ocean Premier will match your previous Revel tier to the new Ocean Premier rewards card tiers. To do so, please visit an Ocean Premier Rewards Center located on the casino floor near the main cage or by the Ovation Hall Box Office.
Will Ocean Casino Resort allow smoking on the casino floor?
Yes. Ocean Casino Resort will have comfortable gaming options for both smoking and non-smoking guests.
What is the comp rate in the poker room?
Comp earning rate in the poker room varies by type of poker game and length of play. For questions regarding the comp rate, please visit any Ocean Premier Rewards Center.
Where will my comp dollars be accepted? What will the ratio be?
Comp dollars will be accepted at all outlets at a 1:1 ratio.
Will my Ocean Premier player card expire?
Yes. Your Tier level will reset once a year. Your tier information, along with the number or points needed to reach the next Ocean Premier tier, are always available in your Ocean Premier account which you can view at any self-service kiosk.
Do my comp dollars expire?
Comp dollars expiration will vary based on your Ocean Premier rewards card tier.
Is there a minimum age to use the pool?
Guests must be 16 years or older to be unaccompanied by an adult to use Ocean’s pool facilities. Guests younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What do I need to access the pool?
To access the pool, you will need to present your guest room key.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, Ocean Casino Resort has one indoor pool and four outdoor pools.
Does Ocean Casino Resort have Tesla Charging Stations?
Ocean Resort Casino has four charging stations for Teslas. Guests who are interested in using the chargers should go to the Porte Cochere and a Valet Team Member will be able to assist. The current Self-Park Rates will be charged for the use of the charging stations.
What time is check-in? Check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm Monday-Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. Check-out is at 11am.
Can I request an early check-in or late check out?
Both early check-in and late check out are unavailable at this time.
What is the minimum age requirement to check-in?

What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. Guest may also pay for their room in cash. A guest must provide a valid debit/credit card for the Security Deposit.
Does Ocean Casino Resort require an authorization on my credit card for incidentals?
Yes, the initial authorization at the time of check-in is $100.00 for incidentals, plus room and tax fees. If there are no incidental charges during your stay, the $100 pre-authorization will be credited back to your card.
Is the Ocean Casino Resort Dog Friendly?
No, Ocean Casino Resort is not a dog friendly resort.
Can I use my Hyatt rewards towards booking a room at Ocean Casino Resort?
Yes, you can use your Hyatt rewards towards booking a room; however, you must book via the Hyatt Customer Care Center or Hyatt.com.

What does the Resort fee include?
The Resort fee includes free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, and access to the pool and the fitness center. All reservations are subject to this Resort fee.
How do I use my Ocean Premier points to reserve a room?
Casino guests earn complimentary room stays based on the level of play. Generally, casino guests are sent a promotional calendar identifying either the complimentary night stay or a discount room rate.
Can I book more than one room at a time?
Yes, you may book more than one room at a time.
Will I be guaranteed that my room will have the bed type, view or location I requested?
All rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.
Can I change or cancel a hotel reservation online?

What is Ocean Casino Resort’s hotel cancellation policy?
We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation if you cannot keep your reservation in order to avoid the cancellation fee, and to receive the refund of your deposit.
Will I incur any penalties if I arrive late to my scheduled reservation time?
We ask all guests to notify us if they plan on arriving late. No penalty will be assessed. If you plan on arriving past 9pm, please contact us at 866-50-OCEAN.
How late can my reservation for a hotel room be held? What is the cancellation policy?
Casino reservations are held until 9pm. Hotel reservations are held until 9pm. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation if you cannot keep your reservation.
Does Ocean Casino Resort offer wheelchair/scooter rentals?
Ocean Resort Casino offers scooter and wheelchair rentals through Mobility On Wheels. Mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs are $40 plus tax per day for the first and second day, and $20 plus tax each day thereafter. Manual wheelchairs are $15 plus tax per day for the first and second day, and $8 plus tax each day thereafter. Manual wheelchairs are free of charge for the entire trip when a state issued disability card is presented. Scooters can be rented by calling 609-303-2189, or by visiting mobilityonwheels.com and can be picked up at the Concierge Desk upon arrival.

Are there cribs available for hotel guests?

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Yes, smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Can I reserve connecting hotel rooms?
Yes, you may request connecting hotel rooms. Connecting hotel rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.
Can I bring food and drinks into my hotel room?
Ocean Resort Casino has over 15 dining outlets throughout our property to accommodate all of your dining needs. For this reason, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property. Only 12” x 12” coolers used for medicinal purposes will be allowed up to the hotel rooms. You will be permitted to bring one (1), six (6) pack of beer or one (1) bottle of wine/champagne per hotel room.
How do I sign up for access to the player portal?
Ocean Premier card holders can sign up for their online account by clicking this link and filling out the first name, last name, email address, player ID (Ocean Premier card number) and player PIN form fields. Then, a password must be created and confirmed.
I don’t remember my PIN. Can I change it online?
To maintain the highest levels of account safety, all PIN numbers must be changed on property at an Ocean Premier Rewards Center.
What happens if I forget my password?
You can reset your password by clicking this link. Select “Forgot Password” and enter the email address you used to sign up for the player portal. You will receive an email to that address with information on how to reset your password.
What happens after I click the “Register” button?
Once the account is created, you will receive a verification email. Click “Verify Email,” and you will now be able to login and view your account.
What information will I be able to see if I sign up for the player portal?
You will be able to see your comp balance, comp expiration date, card expiration date, Premier Points balance, promotions, hotel offers and entertainment offers. You will also be able to view your tier level, number of tier credits and download and print your win/loss statement.
Will I be able to book hotel rooms and reserve promotions through the player portal?
We are working on that functionality and hope to have it available for our guests in the near future. Currently, you will be able to view your offers, but still must call to book a room and reserve an offer if prompted to do so in the description of the offer.
