• Arrive at the selected venue during your 15-minute reservation time or stop by as a walk-up guest to meet Santa. If you book a reservation, your booked time slot is shared with other families but you will be in the elevator experience with your own group.

• Finalize your transaction with a member of our friendly staff to receive your photos, even if you purchased your package in advance online.

You can reschedule your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your reserved time by clicking RESCHEDULE in your confirmation email. In the event of a canceled reservation, no refunds will be provided. All sales are final, including packages pre-purchased online.

If you purchased digital photos, they will be available 24 hours after your Santa photo experience at myholidaymoments.com. Scan the QR code on the back of your photo envelope or follow the link sent via SMS (text message) to myholidaymoments.com. At myholidaymoments.com, enter your email address and the code located on your receipt or printed photo. Photos will be available for 30 days after the season ends. Please download & save your photos to remember the Santa Magic forever.

No, there is only one family reservation per elevator.

Yes, up to 6 people can go in the elevator. You only need to purchase one package for 6 guests.

You set up the phone call online, not at the venue. Directions will be included in your confirmation email after booking a reservation online.

Monday - Thursday: 3PM - 7PM
Friday: 3PM - 8PM
Saturday: 11AM - 8PM
Sunday: 12 PM - 7PM  

Special Hours:
Friday, December 22: 11AM - 8PM
Sunday, December 24: 11AM - 4PM

This unique experience is located at the Shops at the Row - adjacent to Flying Point Surf Shop on the Casino Level.

Ocean offers a self-park garage and valet parking. Please see our parking rates here. If parking in our garage, proceed to the elevators to 6th Floor - Casino Level.
