Celebrate Easter Sunday in Atlantic City
Already known for infusing Spanish ambiance with Mediterranean-style cuisine, Amada is upping their already premier culinary experience with a special Easter Brunch. From 10AM-3PM, Amada will host an Easter Brunch that gives guests two dining options: à la carte menu and a special prix-fix menu. Selections this year include everything from Spanish tapas, a clever culinary twist on sangria pancakes, crab benedict with chorizo, as well as a variety of brunch cocktails. Pro tip: You must try the Julieta, Amada’s play on the standard brunch favorite, and the Bloody Mary (this one gets infused with a dose of Fino Sherry!)
Ocean’s Quick Casual stops (The Grind, Lobby Brew, and Rocco’s Italian Kitchen & Market) are serving up festive and decadent desserts for the holiday as well. Inspired by our favorite egg-delivering hare, these venues will have sweet treats like Easter Bunny cupcakes and Easter chocolate marshmallows available for guests all weekend long. Have a sweet tooth? Additionally, guests can grab personal mini-Easter cakes, cross buns, Easter cookies and Easter cake pops for quick sugary bites.
Dolce Mare is whipping up something special for Easter as well. The Italian-inspired restaurant is enhancing its menu with a multitude of seasonal goodness, including:
- Rustiche Pasta with lamb sugo, roasted tomatoes, asparagus and Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Cioppino with calamari, shrimp, scallops, fingerling potatoes, spinach, and fire-roasted tomato sauce, and the eclectic Dolce Mare favorite
- Whipped Ricotta with chive, honey, cherry tomato confit, micro arugula, and country bread.
