Arrival: Please arrive during your selected 15-minute reservation window. Early arrivals will be asked to join the queue at their scheduled time.
Location: Santa’s Hideaway Adventure is located at The Shops at the Row, adjacent to Flying Point Surf Shop on the Casino Level.
Parking: Self-parking and valet parking are available. If using the parking garage, take the elevator to the sixth floor/Casino Level.
What to Expect
- Each photo package accommodates up to six guests.
- Your selected 15-minute window is shared with other families, but your group will experience the magical elevator privately.
- Due to the popularity of the experience, guests should expect a wait after checking in.
- Professional photographers will capture your visit with Santa.
- Digital photos will be available within 24 hours at SantaAtOcean.com.
- Guests will complete their photo transaction with a team member after visiting Santa.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
