Ocean Resort Casino Offers Wide Variety of Dining Options

ATLANTIC CITY—Ocean Resort Casino announced today that it will offer 18 different dining options to its customers ranging from casual dining to fine dining created by local and celebrity chefs.  Guests can indulge in a variety of different dining experiences from familiar brands, including previous favorites, plus many exciting new additions.  The majority of the dining options will open June 28 when the property celebrates its grand opening.

“We worked to create dining experiences for our guests that would offer them a reason to visit Ocean Resort Casino frequently.   I believe we have created something for everyone with a wide array of different options in atmospheres that we hope make our guests feel comfortable and at home in our resort.” said Frank Leone, CEO of Ocean Resort Casino.

For the casual diner, Ocean will have several choices to satisfy all manner of tastes and preferences.  Starting with Café 500, Ocean Resort Casino’s 24-hour restaurant, that will serve long-standing menu favorites to satisfy cravings no matter what time of day including eggs, omelets, pancakes, burgers, deli sandwiches and salads.  Serving breakfast and lunch, Harper’s is a traditional bistro that will be the resort’s brunch destination and features a relaxed atmosphere with views of the skyline and garden.

Other options for the breakfast and brunch lover will include Cereal Town, a restaurant featuring all varieties of cereal for all times of day, and The Ocean Buffet that will offer a vast assortment food and beverages that will open this coming winter.

For lunchtime and dinner options, Ocean Resort Casino has a number of casual dining outlets with great views, social ambiance and a selection of menu choices.

Included in those venues that capture the beach experience with relaxing views of the Atlantic Ocean is SkyCafe which will serve lunch and dinner daily. SkyCafe will feature a number of traditional plates, plus a full, seasonal bar menu with beer options, wine lists and a trendy selection of crafted cocktails.

There are also a number of options for those looking for a fun, social and unforgettable experience with friends and family including the action packed Topgolf Swing Suite, the largest of its kind in the world.   Featuring sweeping views of the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk, the Topgolf Swing Suite will serve lunch, dinner and late night snacks from 11am to 11pm daily.  Whether you are there to play or practice in one of its 11 bays, or to watch your favorite game at the massive bar, there are a number of menu options to satisfy every taste.

For guests of all ages looking for a gathering spot that accommodates tastes that range from the conventional to the radical, from the hardcore to the frivolous, Villain and Saint rock n’ roll music hall and eatery will serve dinner daily from a simple pub menu and will offer shows four days a week.

The resort will also feature a new barbeque concept named Pit Boss Beer & BBQ that will offer a wide selection of specialty barbeque meats and sauces along with traditional barbeque sides to complement the experience.

For the foodie looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Zhen Bang Noodle & Sushi will offer a clear view of sushi rolls being expertly crafted and the wok firing up steaming bowls of noodles and other items from a variety of Asian cuisines in its open kitchen concept for lunch, dinner and late night dining.  With a vast selection of sake by the bottle, wine offered in half bottles and a select offering of bottled beers, Zhen Bang Noodle & Sushi offers a complement of food and beverage options.

Ocean Resort Casino will also be the proud home for the Atlantic City location of the popular celebrity Boston burger restaurant Wahlburgers started by the Wahlberg brothers, Mark, Donnie and their older brother Paul, the chef behind the menu.  Offering a selection of fresh burgers, house made condiments, crispy haddock, seared chicken and vegetarian sandwiches and other signature items, the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner.

Award winning Chef Jose Garces created a specialty concept restaurant named Distrito, a taco truck design with additional seating conveniently located in the heart of the casino.  Serving lunch to late night daily, the menu features customer favorite mahi mahi tacos, fresh house made guacamole and el jefe margaritas.

Back by popular demand, customer favorite American Cut, by Chef partner Marc Forgione and LDV Hospitality, returns to Ocean Resort Casino.   Known for capturing the nostalgic essence of the traditional steakhouse with an ambiance that has been adapted for today’s modern social life, American Cut will offer dinner daily from 5pm to 11pm.  In addition to serving its steakhouse staples, the restaurant will offer specialties like Surf and Turf for two, 3-day dry aged Tomahawk Chop and 2-pound Chili lobster along with the property’s largest wine list and a robust selection of scotch and craft cocktails.

Making its coastal debut, LDV Hospitality is opening the first location of its Italian seafood concept Dolce Mare at Ocean Resort Casino as a variation of its award winning signature restaurant concept “Dolce Italian”, which has become a Miami Beach essential.  Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato brings a lifetime of culinary passion from his upbringing in Trentino, Italy, and his experiences at legendary restaurants Le Cirque and Cipriani to create a bold, authentic and seasonal menu of Italian favorites in their purest form.  Dolce Mare will offer a mix of Dolce’s signature dishes such as the infamous meatballs over creamy polenta and Veal Milanese, with new additions that include a selection of light salads and Italian appetizers paired with handcrafted pastas and an extensive entrée selection, offering seafood items such as day boat scallops and Branzino al Forno.  The bar showcases an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails.

Chef Jose Garces’ signature restaurant Amada, a former favorite, will also be returning to Ocean Resort Casino.  Set above ground level to provide sweeping, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, the menu will feature the rich tradition of Spanish cuisine, including popular favorite Cochinillio Asado – a whole roasted suckling pig and a vast selection of fine wines and specialty cocktails.
