Ocean Mobile Food Ordering at Soup Spot
Order Soup Spot favorites right from your Phone!
Mobile Food Ordering is now available on the Ocean Mobile App.
Step 1: Open the Ocean Mobile App & Select “Account”.
Step 2: Please wait for the MOBILE FOOD ORDERING icon to appear.
Step 3: Select "Start Pickup Oder - ASAP"
Step 4: Select the items.
Step 5: Once you have selected your items, click “Add to Order” and proceed to checkout.
Step 6: Fill out your contact information and payment method.
Once completed, a confirmation screen will appear. You will receive a text message when you order is ready for pickup at the Soup Spot.
Payment Methods:
When ordering through the Ocean Mobile App, you can pay with Comp Dollars, a credit or debit card, or a combination of both!
To use Comp Dollars:
- Select “Loyalty Rewards” as your payment method
- Enter your 4-digit PIN
Don’t have enough Comp Dollars to cover the total? You can pay the remaining balance using your credit/debit card with split payment options.
