Ocean Mobile Food Ordering

Step 1: Open the Ocean Mobile App & Select “My Account”.

Step 2: Please wait for the OCEAN BEACH ORDERING icon to appear.

*Note it may take up to 5 minutes for the icon to appear. Please keep the Ocean Mobile App open and make sure location services are enabled in your phone settings.

Step 3: Once the icon appears, please select a pick-up time for your order.

Step 4: Select the items.

*Note if selecting alcohol, must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID at pickup. Limit two alcoholic drinks per ID.

Step 5: Once you have selected your items, click “Add to Order” and proceed to checkout.

Step 6: Fill out your contact information and payment method.

Once completed, a confirmation screen will appear. You will receive a text message when you order is ready for pickup at the Food Truck.

Payment Methods:

When ordering through the Ocean Mobile App, you can pay with Comp Dollars, a credit or debit card, or a combination of both!

To use Comp Dollars:

• Select “Loyalty Rewards” as your payment method
• Enter your 4-digit PIN

Don’t have enough Comp Dollars to cover the total? You can pay the remaining balance using your credit/debit card with split payment options.
