Gingerbread House Sweepstakes Rules
Open to public to participants 21 or older, not on any exclusionary lists.
To enter, participants must visit Ocean Casino Resort’s official website and fulfill the following actions:
- Book a one-night stay in a Gingerbread Suite
- Select a stay date between November 26, 2026, and January 3, 2027
- Complete the booking between October 23, 2026, and December 16, 2026.
Rules & Regulations:
- To enter the promotion, you must be 21 years or older and fulfill all entry requirements.
- Ocean is not responsible to delivery or transport of the Gingerbread house.
- Pictures of the Gingerbread are not an exact replica and may vary.
- Must not be a part of any exclusionary list.
- All decisions regarding interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this event lie solely with Ocean whose decisions are final.
- Ocean reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
- Employees of Ocean and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members are not eligible for this event or promotion. Immediate family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in law, stepparents, stepchildren, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.
- Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through government exclusion lists, at Ocean’s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible.
- By participating in this promotion, guests agree to all rules.
- Participants must accurately provide Ocean with the required entry information.
- Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
- Ocean is not liable for any computer, program, or Ocean website malfunction and/or error.
- Ocean will be the sole judge of eligibility, and all disputes will be resolved at Ocean sole discretion.
- Ocean reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time at their discretion.
- The following individuals are precluded from participation in the Promotion: a) on the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement “Exclusion List” (pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:12-71 et seq.); (b) self-excluded (pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:12-71.2); or (c) any other person prohibited from wagering pursuant to the Casino Control Act.
- Guests will be able to enter once during an entry period via from October 23, 2026, 11:00 AM EST through December 16, 2026, 11:59 PM EST. One (1) entry qualifies a participant for one (1) drawing on December 17, 2026, by 12 PM EST. • Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- An Ocean representative, accompanied by a witness, will use computerized random picker to choose the winner.
- There shall be one (1) winner per entry period. One (1) winner total.
- One grand prize will be awarded that includes: (1) Gingerbread House
- Winners will be notified via Email. Winners have until December 23, 2026 from notification to reply or else the prize will be forfeited.
- Winners must redeem the prize through a representative of Ocean’s Marketing team.
- Winners can only win once. Winners are not eligible for subsequent entry periods and drawings in the same promotion.
- Winners are responsible for charges that exceed the value of the prize.
- Winner must grant their permission for promotional use of winner’s name and likeness in whatever media for purposes of advertising and publicity of Ocean Casino Resort.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Failure to claim the prize before the noted deadline will result in forfeit. Per management’s discretion.
- Ocean reserves the right to void this offer for any individual who violate these regulations.
- This promotion is subject to all applicable federal and state regulations.
