How to play Fire + Ice Wager Pai Gow Tiles FIRE + ICE BONUS WAGER Players have the option to make an additional wager on whether their tiles are either all white or all red. Players must make a regular Pai Gow wager in order to make the optional bonus wager. The Fire and Ice Bonus wager wins when the dots on each of the player’s tiles are either all white or all red.
