Ocean Casino Resort Supports New Jersey’s Veterans Through Last Salute

Last Salute is a veteran-owned and operated charity focused on providing funeral assistance to the fallen service members of Southern New Jersey. All of their members are former military members themselves who volunteer their time to ensure their peers get the send-off they deserve.

Last Salute will be hosting the flag ceremony at Avila Lounge at 9 AM on November 11th. To show our gratitude for coming out and our commitment to supporting veterans, Ocean Casino Resort is making a donation to Last Salute to help finance their:

Extremely elaborate military funeral honors ceremonies for both active and retired military personnel who worked in the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines
Outreach efforts to help comfort the friends and family of the fallen
Upkeep of the vintage military equipment they use in their ceremonies—including Civil War-era cannons, rifles, memorial bells, and flags
