As one of Ocean Casino Resort’s newest and best nightlife offerings, Nola’s Bar & Lounge is kicking off St. Patty’s Day in a quintessentially Nola’s way this year; with some good old fashioned Keltic rock music! John McNutt’s Keltic Rock Warriors hit the stage on Thursday March 17th at 9pm, blending a musical fusion of Irish classical merged with authentic guitar-tinged rock! Partygoers will be able to enjoy several St. Patty’s drink specials while you soak up the Irish ambiance. Nola’s will be offering Jameson Irish Whiskey specials throughout the night, including $125.00 Bottle Service, $10 mixer cocktails, and, $7 Jameson shots (always a St. Patty’s Day classic)!  

Speaking of holiday libations, Ocean is getting into the green-tinged holiday spirit with a specially crafted St. Patty's Day cocktail that is available at several of our in-house venues. The aptly titled "Lucky Charm" is available to enjoy at Villain & Saint, Nola's, 1927 Lounge, and TopGolf Swing Suite! Made from a combination of Jameson,  St. Germain, Fresh Lemon Juice, Muddled Cucumber, Simple Syrup, and garnished by a vibrant green Cucumber Slice, this festive concoction is certain to put that much-needed kick in your St. Patty's Day weekend!

Between trying your luck on the casino floor, Ocean is also offering an opportunity to give back to the local community. On Saturday March 19th, Ocean will be hosting the St. Pat’s Boardwalk Run, which will benefiting one of our frequent community partners, South Jersey Field of Dreams, as well as The Donny Fund. The 5K run (10 miles) kicks off at Ocean Casino Resort, onto the Atlantic City Boardwalk, and concluding right back in front of Ocean.

Located in nearby Absecon, NJ. South Jersey Field of Dreams is a space for physically and mentally disabled children, which enables them to play and fully participate in a game of baseball.   Since its inception, Field of Dreams has been the worthy recipient of monetary donations and a great deal of community support, enabling them to expand their community reach. They now are able to offer a mini golf-course (Burrows Mini-Golf), an exercise train, and accessible playground. Hackett Field, (truly a local version of “Field of Dreams” itself), has received funding that has enabled them to have an electronic scoreboard, a concession stand stacked with free snacks, and their very own team store (with branded "Field of Dreams" swag of course)! The Donny Fund continues to assist local families who have been impacted by catastrophic illness, as well as continuing to promote universal positivity and optimism, Proceeds benefit the local community and go towards everything from transpiration to chemotherapy to special days out in the community for those that need it the most.
