Must be at least 21 years of age or older to be eligible. Participants must not be a part of any exclusionary lists. Current or former employees of Ocean Casino Resort and their immediate family members, their affiliates and subsidiaries, retail shop tenants and their employees, as well as advertising, printing and production, legal and accounting agencies are not permitted to participate.

Entrants will be able to enter once during an entry period via Facebook during the following timeframes. One (1) entry qualifies a participant for all subsequent drawings: Entry Period: May 27 12:00 PM EST through May 29 11:59 PM EST.

Drawing will be held on May 30, 2022 by 12:00 PM EST.

One grand prize will be awarded that includes: one (1) night stay in a Contemporary Room – King, two (2) tickets to Beer Fest at Bader Field on June 4, and $150.00 dining credit to be used at Villain and Saint inside Ocean Casino Resort. Prize does not include gratuity or tax obligation; winner will be responsible for both.

One secondary prize will be awarded that includes: Admission for two (2) to Beer Fest at Bader Field on June 5, 2022.

Participants must accurately provide Ocean with the required entry information. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. Ocean is not liable for any computer, program or Ocean website malfunction and/or error. Ocean will be the sole judge of eligibility and all disputes will be resolved at Ocean’s sole discretion. Upon identifying a potential winner, a Marketing Representative will privately message potential winner to obtain information in order to confirm potential winner is not part of any exclusionary lists. Once winner visits the property to redeem their prize, they must provide valid photo identification. Winner must grant their permission for promotional use of winner’s name and likeness in whatever media for purposes of advertising and publicity of Ocean Casino Resort. Winner is responsible for charges that exceed the value of the prize. Credit card posted at check-in will be applied towards charges. Winners must redeem the prize by June 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Winner can only win once. Winner is not eligible for subsequent entry periods and drawings in the same promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Ocean reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time at their discretion. Ocean reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time at their discretion. All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner. No purchase or play is required to participate. Entry period valid only during promotion dates and hours. Failure to claim the prize before the noted deadline will result in forfeit. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the promotion may be subject to the approval and appropriate regulatory authorities.
