AC Beerfest Giveaway Participants & Regulations: To enter the promotion, you must be 21 years or older and fulfill all entry requirements on Ocean Casino Resort’s Instagram: Instagram.com/theoceanac. Current employees of Ocean Casino Resort are not permitted to participate. Participants must accurately provide Ocean with the required entry information. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. Ocean is not liable for any computer, program, or Ocean website malfunction and/or error. Ocean will be the sole judge of eligibility and all disputes will be resolved at Ocean sole discretion. Ocean reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time at their discretion. One (1) entry qualifies a participant for one (1) drawing on March 21, 2023. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. An Ocean representative, accompanied by a witness, will use computerized random comment picker to choose the winner. There shall be one (1) grand prize winner per entry period. One grand prize will be awarded that includes: A pair of tickets to Atlantic City Beerfest. Winners will be notified via Instagram comment and private message. Winners have until March 22, 2024, from notification to reply or else the prize will be forfeited. Winners must redeem the prize through a representative of Ocean’s Marketing team. Winners can only win once. Winners are not eligible for subsequent entry periods and drawings in the same promotion. Winners are responsible for charges that exceed the value of the prize. Winner must grant their permission for promotional use of winner’s name and likeness in whatever media for purposes of advertising and publicity of Ocean Casino Resort.
