Old City Burger Sliders (complete with Mahon Cheese and an especially flavorful Piquillo Pepper Remoulade) and Seared Monkfish (with perfectly paired Coconut Cream). There are Brunch Enhancements like the perfectly prepared and decadent Wagyu 10 oz NY Strip & Eggs, as well as the beyond-unique, yet perfectly brunch ready Spinach & Chorizo Benedict, complete with Chorizo Bilbano, Spinach and a zesty Paprika Hollandaise. Mother’s Day Brunch would not be complete without copious cocktails for Mom, should she choose to have a glass or two, and Mother’s Day Brunch at Amada has you covered there as well. Not only is the traditional and well-known Amada Bloody Mary readily available, but there is a Sweet & Spicy Margarita available (complete with Casamigos Blanco, Jalapeño, Simple Syrup, & Lime) along with a Julieta (Vodka, Tomato, and Vino Sherry) as well as two types of Sangria, both Blanca (White Wine) and Tinta (Red Wine), any of which will cap off or accompany Mother’s Day Brunch at Amada perfectly.
